About the Internship Programme

UNISA is offering internships in two departments: Art and Music, and Psychology. These internships are for people who just finished studying at UNISA and have never worked before.

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Assumption of Duty: 01 March 2024
  • Stipend: R5,000 per month

Department of Art and Music: UNISA Art Gallery

Application Requirements

To be eligible for consideration, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Completed UNISA qualification (NQF level 6 and above)
  • No formal work experience in the field of application
  • South African citizenship
  • Age not exceeding 35 years old
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, internet)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and under supervision
  • Initiative, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment, responsibility, and punctuality
  • Confidentiality and time management skills

  • Curriculum Vitae, One-page motivational letter outlining why you should be considered for the internship, Certified copies (not more than 6 months old) of South African ID, Matric Certificate, and UNISA Completed Qualification
