Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for the position of Enrolled Nurse Grade 1 at Odi District Hospital, candidates must possess qualifications that allow registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Staff Nurse. Registration with the SANC as an Enrolled Nurse Grade 1 is required, and no experience is necessary. Duties and Responsibilities
Enrolled Nurses Grade 1 at Odi District Hospital are expected to perform basic clinical nursing practice in accordance with the scope of practice and nursing standards. They must promote the quality of basic nursing care as directed by the professional scope of practice and standards. Additionally, Enrolled Nurses Grade 1 must demonstrate basic communication skills with patients, supervisors, and other clinicians. They are also required to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure good nursing care and must work effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
