Job Description
Fidelity Services Group is seeking Security Officers who are NKP trained and registered. The successful candidates will report to the Operations Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring the security of the site. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Proactive Security Measures: Implementing and maintaining proactive security measures to mitigate risks and threats.
- Client Requirements: Adhering to site-specific security requirements and ensuring that the client’s needs are met efficiently and professionally.
- Patrolling and Monitoring: Regular patrolling and monitoring of the site to ensure safety and security.
- Risk Evaluation: Constantly evaluating risks and threats and providing recommendations to the client.
- Contractual Compliance: Ensuring all contractual security requirements are met as stipulated by the client.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Services Group and the client.
- Timely Posting: Ensuring the timely posting of Security Officers and that they meet contractual requirements.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Matric certificate.
- Professional Registration: Psira Grade C registration and accreditation.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the security industry, with experience within the NKP sector.
- Clean Record: No criminal record or pending cases.
- Residency: Must reside in the Isando area or surrounding areas.
