Key Responsibilities
As a Human Resource Clerk (Supervisor), you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and implementing complex human resource administration practices.
- Handling human resource provisioning, including recruitment and selection, appointments, transfers, and verification of qualifications.
- Managing conditions of service and service benefits such as leave, housing, medical benefits, and pensions.
- Overseeing termination of services and approving transactions on the Personnel and Salary Administration (PERSAL) system.
- Preparing reports on human resource administration issues and statistics.
- Managing inquiries from internal and external clients.
- Supervising human resources staff, ensuring quality of work, and assessing staff performance.
- Promoting personnel development and applying disciplinary measures as necessary.
