Appointment Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience within the cash collection environment

Primary Function

The primary function of this role is to process and accept all forms of payments, including cash, cheques, and credit cards, within the Customer Services Centre. This involves ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling transactions and providing excellent customer service.
