The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, controlling costs, mitigating risks, preventing stock loss, and maintaining world-class store standards. Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: Grade 12 is essential; a tertiary education in business or retail is advantageous.
  • Experience: Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment within a leadership role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales and Customer Service Excellence

  • Customer Service: Elevate the customer experience by ensuring outstanding service and maintaining high store standards.
  • Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to meet business KPIs and boost store performance.
  • Promotions: Manage promotional activities to maximize customer engagement and sales.

Stock Management and Loss Prevention

  • Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels through efficient stock management practices.
  • Loss Prevention: Minimize stock loss by fostering a healthy store culture, adhering to security protocols, and implementing robust stock and cash handling procedures.

Cost Management and Efficiency

  • Cost Control: Drive store efficiencies by adhering to the company’s low-cost culture.
  • Budget Management: Ensure that all financial aspects of the store are managed effectively to meet budgetary targets.

Administrative Excellence

  • Store Administration: Perform all administrative duties in alignment with company guidelines to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure the store complies with all legal and company standards.

Leadership and Team Development

  • Team Leadership: Lead a dynamic team of Dynamos, focusing on training, coaching, and performance management.
