  • Drafting and Formatting Legal Documents: You will be responsible for typing and formatting draft memorandum decisions, opinions, and judgment entries assigned by the judge. Your attention to detail will ensure that these documents meet the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Managing Correspondence: Efficiently handling correspondence, judgments, and orders for the judge, including Dictaphone typing, is vital. This requires exceptional typing skills and confidentiality.
  • Organizing Appointments and Meetings: You will arrange and diarize appointments, meetings, and official visits, as well as manage travel and accommodation arrangements for the judge.
  • Safeguarding Case Files: It will be your duty to ensure all case files are securely managed and properly endorsed with the judge’s orders.
  • Digital Recording of Court Proceedings: After hours, you will be responsible for performing digital recordings of urgent court applications and ensuring the integrity of these recordings.

Qualifications and Skills Required
